- Azure subscription. If you don't have a subscription, you can create a free trial account in just a couple of minutes at http://azure.microsoft.com/pricing/free-trial/.
- Azure storage account. You use the blob storage as a source data store in this tutorial. If you don't have an Azure storage account, see the how create a storage account at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-create-storage-account#create-a-storage-account.
- Azure SQL database. You'll use an Azure SQL database as a destination data store in this tutorial. If you don't have an Azure SQL database that you can use in the tutorial, see how to create and configure an Azure SQL database to create one at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/sql-database/sql-database-get-started.
- SQL Server 2017 Developer Edition, SQL Server Management Studio or Visual Studio 2015 or 2017. You can use SQL Server 2017 Developer Editon, SQL Server Management Studio or Visual Studio to create a sample database and to view the result data in the database.
