8.3　Commissioning of Electric Belt Discharging Car

8.3.1　The commissioning of electric belt discharging car shall meet the following requirements:

1　The discharging car shall move in the whole travel，the travel limit switch shall be adjusted according to the design documents.

2　The discharging car shall move in the whole travel for at least 3 times，the operation shall be stable，the stop position shall be accurate and the operation shall be flexible and reliable.

3　The distance between edge of belt and front edge of support roller shall exceed 30mm during movement of the discharging car.

Check method:observe，measure and check the commissioning records.
